Good morning everyone. I just came in from shoveling a foot of snow off my walks at a sweltering 12 degrees. Supposed to go to -14 tonite.

Alright, alright... I'm awake already...
Wife headed into work about 20 minutes ago. She has a 2 hour weather delay. She called to say she made it. I suppose that means I'll be heading in in a bit, too.
First, I NEED more coffee!!!

My headache has started to get a bit better, last nite was the first time in awhile I haven't been able to sleep, my body is revolting only getting about 3 hours of sleep. I have a lot to get done today and I don't feel like doing anything but going back to bed. It's warmed up to @ 1 degree and is supposed to go up to a balmy 18, Thursday it's supposed to go down to -13 with a high of 6. Global warming my!

Well thanks to Al Gore, everyone thinks that global warming means that the earth is getting warmer overall.....NOT! Its more accurately called Climate shift, where the north and south poles along with everything in between experience a shift in their normal climate. Meaning the end poles are warmer when they are usually colder - no ice for the polar bear, and we are get crazy snow storms and freezing our butts off when its supposed to be warmer.
SO, in actuality, we are watching "global warming" aka climate shift in action. Cant say I'm feeling to happy about it. Maybe I will in the summer time when its not as hot as it usually is

My son managed to catch the stomach bug that's been floating around his school. Started last night just before sitting down to dinner. He's sitting on the couch looking like he's better (there are no other symptoms other than not keeping anything down) and watching TV. If he follows the path that other students have, he should be able to eat some stuff this afternoon. I'd say the illness is a little too convenient if I hadn't seen him bending over his bucket... and I know that the school nurse is appreciative because other parents had sent their kids to school before their systems had cleaned themselves out.

It's going to be like another Monday......my PC is acting up again so I guess it's time to clean it up....I will do it this afternoon...I transfered almost all of my cassettes to digital this weekend...I only have 3 left...so you could say I was busy for the last 3 days...

1. Good morning, well afternoon now I guess. It's warmed up to 26 outside. Hubby went to work even though the roads or still covered in ice. I'm guessing that the main road that runs all the way though the county and the one he takes to work has been cleared. Looking at the frozen trees and ice covering everything is pretty, but I'm glad I don't have to go out in it.

I hope you all stay safe & warm....I wish we had just some of it......this feels like California here...it was so hot last week I was digging out my shorts...although this week seems a little cooler(down to the 30's at night).....but it's looking like spring....

1. Afternoon Treefam...enjoying the last day of my long weekend...and it's cold here, only 35, which for us is really cold! I'm staying inside in my pj's all day...have no desire or need to go anywhere today...I'm just glad I did my shopping yesterday when it was still warm.

Shawn, you can borrow my motivation. I can't use it until I finish this video project. At least the end is in sight.... I'll need it back when the project's finished, though, so I can get some real work done.
Thanks for the vibes for Count Jr. His food and drink seems to be staying down, now, but he's running a little bit of a fever. My wife got home so she's going to watch him while I get some lunch. With any luck, my istick 50w will be here when I get back.
