I was fully awake before the first sip, rather unusual.

Are they looking for water, Schnarph? Lots of rain clouds here, but I've missed seeing it actually rain.

From what I understand, scorpions don't like wet weather and it rained some last night and this morning. Most insects come inside a house to look for water, but these things always show up when it rains. They come in other times as well but rain seems to guarantee at least a couple of scorpions.

I know plenty of people that take their shoes off when they get home, and a few that ask everyone that comes over to remove their shoes. Around here that's not a good idea. I still haven't been stung once in my life. +1 for shoes.

MY MIL lived n Arizona and always removed her shoes when she was indoors. Of course she carefully shook them before putting the back on.

scorpions to really dont come into the city here, you dont see them unless you drive out to the deep desert. in 7 years ive seen one and it was up in the mountain caves.

Oh my! Find a lanyard with a rubber ring at the end to put on various sized PVs! I've seen the eGo lanyards with the pouch and the eGo lanyards with the metal ring, but neither work for the larger PVs. Uncle may still have the link to the ones we wanted with the rubber ring at the end!

Nice charm. I can see how having the roots like your avatar would make the symbol a little flimsy. It looks just fine like that IMO.

Back from a very busy morning...
Visit with my Ortho, Semi-weekly Torture Session then I've finally been given a nurse-case-manager...
She went over my full injury history, is recommending another MRI on my surgically repaired left shoulder and diagnostics on my right shoulder that has been in pain since 2weeks after the initial injury to my left...
Busy and productive day...
She doesn't think I'll ever be able to go back to my old job, though...

Not sure how I feel about that...
