please don't kick yourself for smokin the stinkies jac. it is done, can't be changed. you went through a rough patch...put it behind you and move forward...get back on track, and you will be fine. i would recommend a "super nic" juice for those high stress times...and maybe next time major stress happens (cause it will)...you will be prepared to handle it with "super nic".
