Good afternoon happy tree friends! ;-)

Youde drippers are reasonably well made and inexpensive. The IGO-L is a great starter. If you think there's the slightest chance you'll be interested in dual-coil setups then go with the IGO-W.

I'm getting huge clouds of vapor from a single coil on my igo-w... think much more might killed me!

okay TREEHEADS, good afternnoon.
Magic pencil

th
Thats not a trick!!!! :)

Hard to vape on this AGA-t, or VVV tank when I have this IGO-L here with me...

My IGO-L or is it W? arrived yesterday from FT. A dual coil reading at 1.7ohm, i rinsed it off and loaded it with a low nic juice. WHY WONT THIS THING WORK!? I get so little vapor and it is harsh.....
Several questions come to mind.
What power VorW should i run this thing at?
Did I flood it / over saturate / slip fall and hit my head?
I tried it on a mech with a fully charged IMR and even less harsh vapor.
Seriously. What gives!>?

Boardo, that IGO-L certainly looks good. How does it function?

I was fooling around with the online Random Number Generators, so, I thought, why not declare an "instant winner". I let the program do its Magic and it generated.... 226 out of all the numbers.
And the winner is...... ME! That hardly seemed fair so I did it again and the Winner of two 15ml bottles of "The Vape Tree Premium Ejuice"" is.......(drum roll please).............. # 175..... Our own tree Hugger, Uncle!
Let me know what you want (although I have a dang good idea) and I will get it out to you.

Incidentally, the "manipulation" of the Random Numbers , by me, would be highly unethical so that will never happen.

....................................... Congrats, Uncle!!

Unless you are at 3.4 ohm, you should be rockin' on a mech around 4v...
Try regulated at 9.5 watts?.. that's about where I'm ending up on my single coil and mech.

Unless the juice isn't keeping the wick saturated ... ?

Take the top off and fire it? (Look for dry wick or glowing wire)

I've thought about getting a dripper but it sounds like a pain to keep refilling it all the time.
What do you think of bottom tank atties, some thing like the Cobra

I've heard that the pre-build coils Fasttech makes are not very good. An AW IMR battery should be providing enough power for that setup. As a start, I'd suggest getting some 2mm Ekowool and 30-gauge kanthal to build your own coils. This will take practice and patience. I built dozens of garbage coils before getting consistent results. When you get to that point, it seems easy.

Genesis-style atomizers offer fantastic flavor when using steel mesh or ceramic, but the draw is too airy for me. I find it really unsatisfying, but wish I didn't because the flavor is great.

For something with capacity, I like bottom-coil atomizers like the GP Spheroid and Kayfun Lite. Dripping can be a pain, but once you get accustomed to it, it's no biggie. Plus, you can see when you coils need a dry burn or replacing. Some full-time drippers feel that juice delivery systems with capacity can alter flavor, since the juice is constantly being heated, cooled down, and reheated. I haven't noticed that myself, but I suppose it varies from juice to juice.

thanks RP,
i just ordered (last night) 3mm silica..... i shoulda gotten 2......... smh
i have only a small bit of kanthal, and a small bit of cotton that needs to be boiled.....
the IGO came with 2 prebuilt coils. maybe i should switch it out with one and try a single coil set up, even though its prebuilt?

I would definitely switch it out. Go for it! (And post photos later.)

Sorry for the late reply, but I am loving it. Just HUGE clouds, and full flavor. And that's on 1.1 ohm coil.

A few other things... My IGO is almost too airy. I will not be drilling out my hole.

The constant refilling fits my Vape style at work, when I am hitting it once every 10 or 15 minutes. Chain gaping at work is no good, so one refill on the IGO lasts me half the day.

If ya bought it at FT, modify it to your hearts content! ;-)
I've got 2 holes in mine, still running just one coil. Unfortunately, my battery charger is STILL not even stateside. (Ordered two weeks ago today)
So I have to hang up my EAclone & my Igo-w till it comes in.
The batteries I got with my girlie's gripper came partially charged... well...not anymore...
