I've also been wondering about your wife jpf, what's the latest?

doin good Tish, bored outta my mind at work tho...

I completely forgot to mention that i joined a small co-op for a Fogger v2 (clone?) only cost 20$ and got an extra pyrex tank for another 2.50$
I know nothing about the device other than it has a wick set up and air control. i saw some pics and was enticed by the price. maybe it will come in the next week or two? not really sure.
what makes it a bit awkward, and the reason i almost didnt join the co-op (and Tish, not a word!!) is becasue it was being run by the husband? of an ex girlfriend of mine, who, at one time, i may have exchanged some choice words with....
awkward........
If you don't like it, I'll take it off your hands for what you paid. :)

Didn't you win an authentic Ithaka? Did you get it yet? I haven't heard a word about it from you yet...:?:

Hey jpf, hows life? How's the wifey doing?

Thanks for asking. She didn't have a good weekend so I called the Doc on Monday and he ordered 2 bags of fluid for her, those came yesterday and I ran them into her. Hopefully they will help and keep her out of the hospital. Hows your stepson doing ? He's been in our prayers.

My stepson is doing better. He's bored out of his mind at his grandma's, but he is getting his much needed rest and I'm sure she is feeding him lots of good food. He posted some pics on FB yesterday that I had to laugh at. He looks so doped up! Eyes slightly glazed over, one eyelid lower than the other. He can get out of bed and move around a bit, which is good, but he shouldn't do too much of. In addition to the lacerated spleen, he also has a couple broken ribs, so the moving around is pretty minimal. Anyway, he's going to be ok eventually. Thank you for being concerned and for your prayers. I think about you and your wife a lot and I am constantly sending healing energy your way. :)

Good evening, Tree People! Hope you all have enjoyed your weekend. I have been working and visiting the hospital. Thank you for your concern, skydragon. I noticed you were inquiring about his condition a couple pages back. I appreciate that. He is on the mend it seems. His blood count is now going up, he can actually get out of bed (although it takes a while), and he was released from the hospital this afternoon. Thankfully, he ended up not requiring surgery, which is the best news of all. It is very difficult to live comfortably with a compromised immune system. I am very glad he got to keep all his body parts. Perhaps the next time his friends want him to do some daredevil stunt, he will remember this weekend and think twice.

Being young.............probably not. =)

I am happy to hear they did not have to remove his spleen. Was worried about that.

Does everyone remember where they were 12yrs ago right now? I do!

I do. And I still remember exactly how I felt when I saw it on t.v.

ill let ya know, but i have a feeling ill dig it.

the ithaka is great. there is a bit of a learning curve, and if you assemble it with basic feeding on or off you cant change your mind until you disassemble. I successfully wrapped a 2ohm coil on my 2nd try (with a 1.8ohm ready wire) and have been abusing it, on my 6 or 7th tank and the performance is just beginning to diminish. once i scoop up my mech that Tish has for me i will attempt a double coil. there seem to be some features that i am unaware of, and a small modification that i 'should' do which involves replacing a nut inside the ceramic housing (it came with the extra nut) but i havent done it yet or utilized anything beyond mouth and basic feeding in conjunction with the airflow control. it sits beautifully on my vamo and is only like a mm wider which is hardly noticeable. i have only taken it out of the house a handful of times as i am scared to drop it and scratch it, or have it get scratched in my pocket. at home i use it often. no leaking, and a near consistent performance with basic feeding closed.

[that was more than i intended on typing] :)
