Hola all~

I was just checking out The Vapetree shop. Awesome that they sell the tree of life pendant. I wear one all the time. I received one as a gift from my younger sister about 5 years ago.
Question for those that have tried the juice. How is the RWHY4 and Chocolate Tiramisu?

I want to knit either a tree of life jacket or a couch throw. I wanted to make a Tree Of Life baby blanket for my great nephew but my niece wanted the fan and flower afghan for him. Guess I will just have to make something on it for me then. I always wanted to knit one of those patterns, they are quite complicated to knit.

AND - More importantly, I know of many opportunities just like this one, especially where someone sent all their personal information, walked through the place - then decided to rent and even sent in the money . . They then got the lease and moved in . . . For months they kept paying rent and "Lived" happily ever after . . . ONLY - To find out later that the person they sent everything to and rented from was not the owner of the property nor had the right to rent the property . . . These people were evicted, losing everything they owned in the process . . . SO FAIR WARNING . . . Check and double check - EVERYTHING . . . Even go so far as to go to the County Clerks Office and check who owns the property and who is paying the taxes on the property too . . . More then one person has been taken here in Florida . . . Just Sayin' . . .

BTW: Even having 2 college degrees . . . with dyslexia and being one of the most horrible speller around - I would be leery of any thing that I got via email without also checking-out the isp address of the sender also . . . A lot of these emails come from foreign countries where English is not their first language . . .l

the tiramisu has great reviews from people here. I remember liking it, it was a few months back and i vaped 10ml in a couple days.

i am leery. refering to the water utility as hydro i though was odd. but not poorly written enough. i emailed from an unused email acct (beacuse it has a more respectable name than my primary one) and got a long response with a mini-app and a phone number. I called but got voice mail. It probably is too good to be true. I have the name and number of the real estate company that has it listed as well and could alwyas try and confirm info with them. but there is no way i am sending money to someone i dont know. i need someone local i can contact, meet and sign paperwork before i sign a check
