#4 I liked the Call of Duty games, especially playing split screen on a projector vs. zombies, it's kinda scary. I can't play anything online, that's as close to multiplayer as I can get. Portal 2 split screen looks fantastic at 8' wide.

Not that it matters, but I'm also Schnarph on Xbox live. I can't play anything online thanks to satellite ISP, but that's my name. I'm Schnarph pretty much everywhere. There's a German Dj named "Schnarph", but I beat him to almost every login/username. :p

Ah portal 2... That has got to be one of my favorite games. The co-op in that game is amazing. I've never played a fps game on a projector. That would probably invoke some kind of motion sickness. I do however enjoy playing racing games on the projector. I know your pain with your connection Schnarph. I use to have DSL it was rough. Great for browsing web or even downloading but gaming online was a no go for me.

I've been spending some time tonight in another forum, and it has reminded me how much I appreciate the people in this one! I swear the regulars in that forum act like we're all in high school--very cliquish. I didn't like the cliques when I was a teenager, and I definitely don't have the patience for it now. So, although I didn't express it in the most positive way--I really appreciate the regulars in this forum very, very much!

Have a good night, everyone!

Where is my brain? I know it's a sad cliche, but "absent minded" definitely applies to this professor.

Coffee? I'm on my fifth cup. . . maybe one too many today?

I Resemble That Remark - and probably in the same place "My" mind is most of the time . . . :D

And Honestly - How are "You" (or anyone else for that matter) to know where I really am when I go North for all "My" appointments, especially since I fly into Philadelphia, so I can rent a Car there (Much less expensive then in NYC) then go to New Hope to visit with Friends who put me up before I have to go to NYC for the weekend and then reverse "My" trip the same way to fly back to Florida (BTW: I lived in all those places for quite some time, so thankfully I have friends who I can stay with while I am there {instead of Blood Relatives :nah:} - otherwise it would be totally cost prohibative for "Me" to go North as often as I do if I didn't - They also pay for my airfare & car rental too . . . ) . . .

AND 0 Now let me just say that being up North in 14 degrees (wind chill of -4 degrees) today - I am THANKFUL that I just got back to Florida to a Very Warm & Balmy 46 degrees and although it's going down with frost warning tonight . . . I am basking in the warmth right now and will be sweltering in 70 degree weather tomorrow . . . :D :headbang:

As for - COFFEE - Do I really need to say anything . . . ;)

Just Sayin' . . .

"Foucault's Pendulum"

By "Umberto Eco" - GREAT BOOK . . . Really - Really LIKE - "Foucault" . . . :headbang: :D

The world is stationary, at least mine us, the rest of the universe rotates around me! LOL!

AH - Another one that understands - It's "My" Universe ! ! !

1- Hi all, oh what a weekend, was away at the hospital this weekend, but back and feeling at least a bit better. I can not wait to get this Medical retirement done and be up in Maine, this freeze thaw cycle kills me.
2- Ya the worst thing was that I was in for PTSD issues 8-o

Can't really "like" your post, especially knowing about what "You" are going though - I just hope things are getting better . . . GOOD VIBES . . . being sent "Your" way - SIR . . . :D

I'm just glad that there is leftover stew from last night. I don't think I could find the energy to cook (frankly, I'm not sure I have the energy to warm it up!).

"You" personally don't have to - It's called a "Microwave" . . .
