#5 I don't think this aluminum tree has been posted here yet... Nope, did that already. Here's a better one...

:(I may have to scrap the idea of Ni-MH batteries on this VV/VW mod, the output is nowhere near the settings.:(

Silver lining, learning is a good thing. :)

#1 just checking in.I saw GMO posted that he had a complaint. All I know is the juice I got is fabulous.

100 people in a room.99 of them like me.but there is one, that no matter what I do they simply do not like me.
So I focus on that one person, doing everything I can think of to no avail.my whole night has been ruined by obsessing over this one.such a shame that I totally forgot all about the other 99. Think of the fun night I could of had with all of them. Lol I'm sure you see what I am trying to say here. Especially if this was a first time customer. Don't stress over it GMO
If you are going to lose sleep over it, then I would say refund them and do not sell to them again.but I don't even think you need to do that as there is nothing wrong with your juice. Just my 2 cents. I don't know squat about running a business though. Do what you need to so you feel okay about it and can put it to rest. Hope everyone is having a fun weekend.

#1 32 gauge quadruple twisted didn't work out so well. It's like ~24 gauge, takes too long to heat up. Next time I'll just go back to the regular pair of twisted 32g, it's ~ 29 gauge after twisting and I like 29g.

As a restaurant manager, I dealt with all the complaints and there were many, for large variety of reasons. When someone says they just didn't like the food, there better be more than half a plate left. If it's a hair or something that's a different matter. If not, issuing a refund/credit just encourages more of the same behavior, word gets around. Unsatisfied customers were never issued cash, just gift certificates which they could use or give away. On the other hand, a company that takes such pride in their product that they guarantee satisfaction or money back appears trustworthy to new and future customers. It's an interesting moral dilemma, which probes into the basic nature of consumerism and "western"/capitalist society. Best to not think about it if possible, it can get ugly. :2c:

Somewhat related, I once bit into a staple when eating a hamburger at a "local" dive. It was stuck in my gums, nothing minor about it. They offered a refund in gift certs. I never went back, and told my story to everyone that mentioned the place. They now have half the locations they once owned, but they still do well enough... the economy and chains did more damage than folks like myself. My knowledge of complaints and bad reviews: 1 in 10 happy customers give a review, 1 unhappy customer tells 10 their story. You can't please all the people all the time, but it's worth trying your best. Two more cents. :)

I forgot... goodmorningnight!
