Good grief ECF is super slow tonight.
I also do AOE 2 Snarf and play as the British. I have tried the online gaming and there are people who stomp you in 2-4 minutes. Amazing and I don't know how they do it.

#3 - I never was much of a AOE player. I was addicted to Red Alert for a brief time though. I tried to get into Statecraft but the learning curve is intense. Especially when most of the players haf already played for years before I gave it a go. I was pretty sick at counter-strike though. Even went to a few tournaments. Certified nerd here haha.

#4 I don't play the mmorpg's that have open world pvp. There are just too many jerks out there. I like the PVE ( player vs enviroment ) MMO's. We do have a server vs server thing in guild wars 2 that I do really enjoy but it is set up for those who want to do that. You don't have to.

That is a really nice tip (congrats) Is it glass?

I did a pot roast today and it came out great. Yep, I would be lost without my slow cooker. I worked for many years ( while hubby was in college) etc etc. Now, years later it has finally paid off, I get to stay home and be a home maker.

I scored a couple of goodies on the classies tonight. Yeah me

It's like the chess move "fool's mate", done during speed chess. They have mastered the start and rarely have to play further than that point. Personally, I prefer to play the AI so I can get through all the stages and make a nice village with walls, it's more fun than a quick skirmish... even though small battles are probably more realistic. I don't play video games in an attempt to simulate reality, that defeats the point IMO. I just wanna have fun! (YMMV)

(I guess that's just one of the many reasons I didn't have any biological children of "My" own - at least any that I know about - I Was Too Good As A Child . . . )

AND - THANK YOU - So much for even suggesting that "You" would send me some of that Soup and Pot Roast, but that is not at all necessary . . . Just the thought that "You" would be so kind and willing is more then enough . . .

I'm currently using the Nimbus clone, it's my first rba... The flavor seems to be much better, but I've still got a long way to go when it comes to building coils... Very fun and interesting to me though... Hope everybody has had a good day thus far.

I've had a few exchanges tonight where people seem to be particularly uptight. Although the other possibility is that I'm particularly sensitive today (although I don't think so). Just one of those days, I guess.

#5 That's awesome JWilhelm! I just started down that road too. I am having fun with it. (sort of) I do get a bit frustrated while working with such tiny stuff. It does seem to get a little easier each time I build a coil. I am just doing the single coils right now.

Sounds like everyone had pretty good dinners tonight. I think I will go grab a handful of peanut m&m's for dessert.
