1: We are under the wind/fire warning again. If you have ever seen pictures of the dust bowl that is what it looks like right now. Just a strange haze in the air, and you have to be within about a quarter mile to see anything.

dusted off my brinkman smoker.Got some new smoke chips,applewood,cherrywood,mesquite,hickory and oak.Now I need to get some carnivorius type meats and sausages.12 pound Tejas brisket first in the line up with a rub and then mesqite chunks.
