You angels on the board need to stop this. I got a little gifty today that I was so not expecting and it made me get all sniffly and almost cry. It is so cute. I am gonna post a picture but not say who sent it as I know some folks like to stay anon. But by all means speak up if you are okay with that as it was so so sweet!! How adorable is this little charm?

#4 Yum, Chinese for dinner. Wish I could still do the honey walnut shrimp but they coat the shrimp with egg I can't do eggs any more. Dumb allergy.

I miss eggs,especially the fresh ones from my Mom's chickens. Man, those were good. Yolks were almost orange in color.

Funny - "YOU" should say that, because a Red Cinnamon w/ a touch of Menthol & Kolada is just one of the only 4 "e-liquids" I can actually taste and vape on a fairly regular bases . . .

I like the same thing on occasion.

The only way I was able to do 100% vaping is finish all the smokes in the house and not buy any more. Just knowing they were here made me go for them at times.

I'm not sure why you quoted me here, Joan, but I did the same thing. I'm very proud of myself that I haven't smoked a cigarette since about one week after I started vaping.

I agree that people shouldn't beat themselves up for still smoking. First, I'm a big believer in the idea of "harm reduction." Reducing smoking is an improvement. Period. Second, nobody's perfect. . . OMG, I can't believe I'm going to quote 12-step mantra: "Progress not perfection."
