Sorry GMG... Rather know how you feel at times. I would rather hibernate in the winter but life forces me out.... kicking and screaming but out nonetheless LOL

When used to have to drive to SC to deal with parents, it was 8.5 hrs each way so know how tiring and frustrating that can be. *hug*

I am off for the night.... a good cup of tea always seems to cure the day's problems for me... it is teatime

GMO..... for now, just sleep and heal.

4: Have not seen Snarf in a while

I'm sure he won't mind me saying this (well, I hope not). . . he's been staying away from ECF because he's frustrated that it's still not working properly. Honestly, as a supporting member I'm getting increasingly ...... off about it, too. The whole site has been awful today. . . to say nothing of the non-functioning "View Last Post" problem. The powers that be just keep saying "we're working on it"--great, but it's been almost a month! Of course, it's important to remember that ECF is run by volunteers, but the likelihood of me renewing my supporting membership is going down every day that things aren't working correctly.

Howdy gang!

Just got back from a short hospital stay myself. Seems the old ticker ain't quite ticking as it should... But things are returning to normal, and the prognosis is good. Though my future status as a vaper is in question.

Now, off to catch up on 40 unread pages of the thread!

Wow, Boardo, sorry to hear about your health issues. I had a heart attack in September, so I truly can sympathize. Ironically, though, it was that crisis that led me to vaping with my doctor's blessing (of course anything is better than my three-pack-a-day smoking habit). At any rate, I'm glad you're on the mend!

I'm going to go catch up on some TV watching. Last week wasn't sweeps, was it? It seems like there was some pretty traumatic television starting with The Walking Dead on 3/16, and then both Scandal and The Good Wife killed off major characters. I'm beginning to think I might need a support group! (I'm kidding, of course.) For the record, I was very careful not to post any spoilers. . . just in case!

Apparently the H1N1 is out here Oh yippie skippie. I don't have any fever or chills so I don't think I need to worry about that but I have not felt this ill in a very long time.
