Ouch tigger, that sounds like that would hurt. You might want to go get checked out. Dark circles can sometimes mean a skull fracture.

2: Thanks for mentioning that. I made myself speak often to ensure no slurring, and had cold/cool on it as much as possible. Taking advil to reduce swelling and putting on a full fledged ice pack now.

3: LD I had workers who spoke like that. "It's no my fault." "Why are you firing me." I said it was not my fault and I was not the one firing them, that I did not force them to act the way they did and that termination was their fault. Okay let's go another route. There was a woman who got divorced and said her man was a horrible man. She remarried and after a short while divorced again and she stated he was horrible. 13 divorces later I figured not all of the men could have been that bad and that blame more likely fell upon her.

1: Power drill spun on me today and hit me just above the eye. A huge whelp formed and dark circles are forming, man my face hurt.
Snap bruva, hope your doin better now. as previously mentioned, you may wanna get it checked for fracture. however, i would guess that by tomorrow, you'll know based on how it feels/looks.

she always plays the victim. never taking accountability for her actions and their byproducts. everything is everyone elses fault/doing, especially mine.
it is an unhealthy game that i refuse to play anymore.
both great analogies Tig. i just hope she can break this cycle, it will crush her independence and set a bad precedent for the boy.

idk what she's gonna do. i just want her out of the house, even if i have to take Levi 100% of the time. I would be happy to.

I'm beat. In my class today, I gave my students a history of the HIV/AIDS epidemic along with some basic "HIV 101." It honestly scares me that most 20-somethings tend to think that HIV is "no big deal" in 2014. I did my best to scare some sense into them.

Yes, they definitely can be. Part of the problem, too, lies with the media who for the last 10-15 years has presented the story that it's a manageable disease. There's some truth to that, but they fail to tell the story of the astronomically expensive treatments with side effects that are often as bad as the disease itself.

Anyhow, I hope everyone has had a nice day!
