Well - "MoringNite" - "Tree People" . . .

Start of a NEW DAY . . .

Time for - COFFEE

I Do NOT Believe - It's just after 2 PM (well it was when I started typing) and I am posting here for the first time today . . .

@ "LD" - YOUNG MAN I Don't Care That "You" Don't Feel Like Eating . . .
"YOU" BETTER EAT ! ! !
Ya' really do not want "Me" to show up at your front door to "FIX" the problem . . .
Cause It Will - NOT BE NICE ! ! !
Just Sayin' . . .

However - All Joking Aside . . . Honestly, I can appreciate and understand that there are many reason people do not feel like eating at times . . . Heck I feel like that most of the time now myself and have for a few years since I became a Diabetic . . . More importantly, that is the one thing neither of "Us" can do - Avoid Eating - and not eating properly for that matter . . . For 'Me" it even includes not taking all the meds I NEED to - although I do forget sometimes - which is 12 pills in the morning and then another 10 pills - 12 hours later and then there is 2 Bi-Monthly Shots and the "Leeching" every so often too . . . If I do forget to eat or take "My" Meds/etc regularly - I can very easily end up going through what "GMO" is right now (as "My" Mother also did, who was refusing to eat and had her leg amputated because of complications from a number of different factors specifically related to her Diabetes/Heart before she died 6 years ago) . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)

Also - Glad to hear the Little One's fever is down and hopefully he is feeling much better soon too . . . :thumb: Give "Levi" {{{{ HUGS }}}} from "Uncle" . . . :D

@ "JoanJ" - I Hope that "You" have a really FUN TIME ! ! ! on "Your" trip . . . OH and Don't forget the pictures either - ENQURING MINDS NEED TO SEE PHOTOS . . . ;)

@ "jpf" - "You" Sir - Know how I feel - "GOOD VIBES" and Positive Thoughts being sent once again . . . :D

OH YEA - Nice to see some of the "Tree-Peeps" who have been MIA show back up . . .

my eating habits have been severely effected by recent stress.

in the last 3-4 months, and this is not an exaggeration, i have (as of this morning) lost 30 pounds. bringing me an unhealthy < 145..

i barely have eaten for the last 3 weeks. cooking has become laborious, meals or family dinners have ceased, breakfast is a thing of the past. even starving does not motivate, food has become less appealing and i am finding i start to get a lot of anxiety and stomach cramps whenever i begin to search out food, usually leading me to not eat, as my appetite disappears with these cramps.
i think this will change once the EX is outta the house, and my stress levels subside.
i dont mind the weight loss, but i dont feel good (other than being sick) often lethargic and without energy.

sorry to type this, i almost deleted it twice..

LD if you don't watch out now....you will end up with problems down the road.....when you will care.....

A few days ago, I mentioned that I bought this device that works with an app to track every step I take and my sleep. This morning, I discovered another thing that it does. . . it's called the "power nap." I've never been a big fan of the so-called power nap--I couldn't nap for 20-30 minutes and feel like I had really rested. But this is pretty cool. You start the power nap (push a button), and then 20-30 minutes later it vibrates to wake you up. The time actually varies a little bit because it tracks your sleep cycles, and it wakes you up when it is "best" for you to get up! I had one of those bad nights last night, so I took a power nap this morning and felt much better--presumably because I was awakened at an appropriate stage. I liked that so much that I took another power nap about an hour ago. . . this could become a "problem."
