I spent a few hours at the bank setting up biz accounts, they even extended me a line of credit that i have little intention of using. but its nice to have access to additional emergency funds.

also, went to courthouse for my ludicrous ticket with the wrong VIN. VERY glad i went yesterday as it was the deadline for my extension! and i thought it was today. made it by only a few hours! had i gone in today, the ticket woulda stuck and i would have lost my license. another HUGE headache.
i have a hearing with the judge in a month.

2. On my way to work, I met up with a local vaper for a juice swap.
The whole exchange took less than 2 mins!

Thank youse everyone, really. im going into this project solo, and the positive reinforcement is motivating and encouraging.

Sittin at my desk and prioritizing the to-do list.
primary/immediate
utilities, tobacco license, insurance, maintenance.

secondary
inventory, heavy cleaning, cc processing merchant, sign, safe, register, interior (couches, tvs, tapestries ect....) hire 2 part time employees and a few volunteers.

final
decorate, refrigerator, promo material, advertising, media profile, soft & grand opening


there is a LOT more to do than whats on the list, just trying to plan out my time and get the most important stuff done first

Don't forget Internet access - that should be up there on the main priority list . . .

Yes don't forget some WIFI for all to enjoy...and if you can't be around as much at least drop us a photo of how it's going.....I am sure the whole Treefam would love to see the progress....

im at works!
i wish i could quit my office job now, but i gotta wait until the place is open or nearly open so that i can afford my bills.
it will be a tight few months, but hopefully the Lounge starts its first month in the black

With the way you go about promoting things LD...I am sure you will have no problems with enough customers....I am sure there is going to be plenty....I can tell you are excited and can't wait to begin....just be patient and it will all come...I am so happy for you LD...this is going to be a very good thing for you and it's the right time...

its a big undertaking, but i have confidence it will succeed!
once all the initial stuffs is taken care of, it should be an easy biz to operate. i have tons of ppl hitting me up to work, some to volunteer. i have a couple different managers in mind, but will prob be a few months before i look for a full time employee. or maybe not, maybe ill need one right away because ill come to realize i cant be at the shop open to close 7 days a week.
i surely dont wanna work 7 days a week, i figure it'll take a while to get to the point where i can take days off.

night time customers i think will be easy, its daytime business that ill try and market to the military base near by.
