Thank youse everyone, really. im going into this project solo, and the positive reinforcement is motivating and encouraging.

tobacco license,
insurance, maintenance.
secondary
inventory, heavy cleaning, cc processing merchant, sign, safe, register, interior (couches, tvs, tapestries ect....) hire 2 part time employees and a few volunteers.
final
decorate, refrigerator, promo material, advertising, media profile, soft & grand opening
there is a LOT more to do than whats on the list, just trying to plan out my time and get the most important stuff done first
