That just drives me nuts. The university near my house built a new theater district for Broadway-class musicals and plays on the bluff overlooking our neighborhood (used to be empty). They like to have their cast parties after the performances (invariably around midnight) and have dancing on the courtyard at the edge of the hillside.

A quick Update on Moi:

Last Thursday, I went for a fitting of my prosthesis. I walked about 100 feet using the parallel bars and it felt SO wonderful that I just wanted to keep walking!
I have paid the price since then because my quad is extremely sore!

I get the finished product next Tuesday and then into InPatient Rehab to learn to walk with my new leg. I need to have a contest to name the new leg. I'm thinking "Stumpy" or "Long John Silver":. LOL
"Hey, Have you seen Long John Silver anywhere? I can't find him!!"

Greta news bruva!! Sounds like you'll be back up in no time!! Have you made really fast progress? Not sure what the timeline for recovery is like in this situation, but you seems to have it by the balls!! hmm.... not gc appropes?!

What's the best way to steep your juice? And how do you know when it's steeped?

LD you need to empty your mailbox.....I was trying to send you a pm....
If you have an LLC filed then you are DBA for the LLC.........You should have an LLC..... that way it protects your personal from the business....Your car/house and anything else you own.....I know it gets confusing hearing all of this different info from many people....Check with your state and make sure....you need to have that in place...the biggest thing to always remember is to CYA(cover your a..)....It took me 2 1/2 years to get a degree in business management even after working retail for 12 years most of that as a manager or assistant manager...Must have a Business plan....including a exit strategy...
Well that's enough for me....TMO I think....

What's the best way to steep your juice? And how do you know when it's steeped?

I store all juices in a dark place. When is it steeped??? When it tastes good.

All my juice is aged using an Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner for at least 10 hours. Most should be aged by then, but some take even longer ( Royal Tobacco and Peach Ice Cream, for some reason)

LLC is filed, still pending. For the lease signing today, the way i put my signature is of most concern. Since the LLC is still pending, i may have to sign it in my name only, and ask to amend it shortly when the LLC clears. i dont know if she'll do that. or if i should sign as LLC anyways (should clear today!?)
