5. Tigg, glad to hear your fingers are improving...stay on those antibiotics to make sure you get it all cleared up!

Well, my other son happened to come by to see me at work today and he took a look at my car and fiddled with a few things, tightening them up, and it seems to start again...at least for now...I'll have to get some sensors changed and some other stuff, but they can do that next week...so I'm about to head out of here to NOLA...everybody keep their fingers crossed that the car makes it okay!

Angel, praying you have a safe uneventful trip to NOLA. Car problems suck. Mine runs, but it's got way over 200,000 miles on it and is almost as old as my daughter. It's starting to act up some. Thank goodness hubby is mechanically inclined and can work on it. Bonus that he is the manager over the service dept of a dealership. Double bonus that his best friend owns a shop and will work on anything hubby can't. I still don't drive it far, hubby gets to drive cars home from work so if we are going to say Memphis, we take his work car. We are working on trying to get a newer car, but I want something we can pay cash for, because I can't afford to add anymore bills to the monthly budget.

We are having KFC bowls for dinner. I also stopped by Sonic and picked up some fried dill pickles and cheese sticks to snack on. So yummy.

Well my day is completely shot.... all of this running in and out of the house today... I finally caught up (mostly) on my ECF reading and it's already beginning to get dark. How does that happen?

I know what you mean. After late morning (say, 11 or 11:30) it always seems really late in the day....
