5. Phager, I can definitely commiserate with you...I too have a genetic predisposition for weak teeth...both my mom and grandmother had that problem and they passed it down to me...I have to be real careful or else if I bite into something too hard I can break a tooth...it's a pain, sometimes literally, so I definitely feel for you...sending some healing vibes for you.

Well, dinner was delicious...now I'm stuffed...going to relax and watch some TV for a while....G'night Treefam!

Oh phager I know toothaches as well. I keep getting them pulled bc that is the easiest way to stop the pain but there are only so many you can pull before it starts getting towards the front. Hopefully the pain goes away quick. I used to drive down to Mexico whenever we went to Arizona, and grab bottles of amoxicillin. You can buy them there without a prescription. I would come home with 10 or so bottles of 200 in each! I've got a swollen tooth now too but there is no pain knock on wood. And I'm finally out of meds since I gave most away to everyone else's toothache issues. Looks like we should both make appts!!

And yes robin thank goodness he is a mechanic. It was only $70 ish for the new radiator and it took him about 30 mins to put it in. That's about 500+ at a shop

Mac bump. The problem with riding a bike is once you go so far you have to go all the way back!

That's why I've got a little circuit that I use. There's a loop about 1km - I alternate which direction and there are some crossovers in it. Plus there's another road that goes out a km that I'll go up and back. I just ride these a bunch of times. So unless I feel really energetic I'm always within 1 km of the house.

That's a good way to do it. When I was young, before I was old enough to drive, I had a girlfriend that lived all the way across town from me, probably 15 to 20 miles away and I'd ride my bike over spend the day, eat supper with her family then her dad would feel sorry me and load my bike into the back of his car and drive me home.

Mac bump!

Back when I was stationed in NC the 1st time I used to ride out to my favorite bar 3 or 4 times a week. It was 10 miles each way. Ride out, drink all nite and ride back - was a piece of cake. Of course I was a lot younger then and in a lot better shape - besides the bike I ran 5 days a week (minimum 3 mi and up to 6 or 7) plus weight lifting and all kinds of other exercises. Was at 2 PAD then and in better shape than anyone else in the unit. Doing all that stuff sure put a beating on my body in the long run though.
