It's getting late here and I have some other things to do before I get to play with my kayfun...I got a little bit of decorating done yesterday...and have more to get up today....it's amazing how much I can fit in a little popcorn can...all my decorations were in there...that is all I have kept.....and I don't even need any more this year...I am doing very good at minimizing my Holiday decor....

1. Good afternoon Treefam! Boy, I got so busy yesterday, I never had time to get back on ECF...but I did manage to knock out a huge chunk of my Christmas shopping for the family, with the bf's help...and didn't even have to leave the house to do it...I love online shopping! ...I'm watching my Saints play right now and am hoping for a different outcome than the last 3 weeks...so far, so good, but they really have a knack for pulling defeat out of the jaws of victory, so I'm not getting excited yet!

Jpf - glad to see you got some sleep and I agree with Uncle and Robin...doesn't matter if it's medically induced or not...your body got what it needed!

Tigg - so glad you are enjoying your time with your sister!

Phager - I totally hear you about the retail thing...Many years ago I worked for Wally World, during the holiday season and the only day I got off was Christmas...I'm surprised they don't try to stay open on that day, and I bet if they thought they could get by with it without a bunch of backlash they probably would...I fully expect them to try it one day.

I think Amazon worked out a deal with USPS regarding Sundays. Ironic, while USPS is trying to scale back delivery days because of costs, they actually add one to their schedule.

I probably should "dislike" that, since I live 20 miles south of the 'Burgh, but I've never been able to get into sports, so good on the Saints![emoji2]

Finally got the Christmas tree up, and we're going to decorate it after dinner. I wanted a real tree, but the wife wanted an artificial tree... Guess who won?

Whew! Another exciting nail-biter for the Chargers. Sometimes I think NFL teams are in cahoots with hospitals in the area for giving fans heart attacks.

Yes the Chargers and the Saints helped us out, if Tampa Bay would of held up this week would of been a wash, but now the Bengals are in first, and the rest of the AFC North is still tied.

I was about to say that a loss by the Bucs shouldn't have any bearing on your team's standing, Angel. And then I realized that, until this week, they were only 2 games out of first place with a record of 2-9.
