Mac - It's close to, if not past your bedtime. What time is it there?
coming up on 10:30 but it's Friday night so I can sleep in tomorrow. Don't think I'm gonna last much longer though.

Good morning, all. Don't work too hard, Robin!
phager, we also dropped cable (except for internet). We already had VOIP phone, so it was really television that was the big culprit. One of the things that's helped us is having a digital antenna to catch OTA broadcasts. Is that a possibility for you?

Well, that's past my bedtime, even on the weekends.
10 is normal for me but I`ll stay up a bit later on weekends and such. up now cause I went to bed and couldn`t sleep so pulled out the ipad for a bit.

I slept 2 hours longer an I wanted, so I got 5 hours or so. Doesn't seem like it was a real restful sleep though.

It is odd. A couple of days ago they were trying it out on the side, just under Blog Entries. Then this morning it was a button on the left of the bottom bar. Now it appears to be back where it has been before. And is "thanks" separate from "like?"

I have no idea Count....it was just strange....because my home page was so clustered up...I couldn't tell......lets hope it's not going to be like that...although I liked the thumbs up...

I hadn't thought about that, Count. We sell one of those at work, so I might pick one up next payday. The only thing we really miss from broadcast tv is the local news, and to be honest I can pull that up on the computer.
I still have that blasted headache, I haven't had one last three days before, and it's really starting to get annoying. If it doesn't go away in the next few days I may just have to knuckle down and go to the doctor.

I also use a flat antenna....it works for what I need it to....the main channels.....I have also had a headache...but I believe mine is from allergies..I have been feeling dry & stuffy for as long as it's been lurking around...the heater here is most likely the culprit...

And now the "Like" button is acting very wonky for me.... I could only like your most recent post, blue. Your previous one gives me a message that "An error has occurred" and trying to like phager's post just goes into limbo.
We have a flat antenna that picks up the channels that we need pretty well. The one caveat is that when someone is in a certain place in the dining room, we get corruption on a few channels. Since our Tivo can handle an antenna, we record what we want from there, which allows us to skip Hulu for the most part.
