I just got home from another day of shopping and getting things needed for the weekend.....I have some catching up to do....but it will have to wait....

Thank you its a picture taken at an event held in Scotland where they illuminate the whole forestry and at the same time pipe sounds through out as well as have ppl dressed up as characters telling stories traditionally this is done just before Christmas.

5. Just saw something on Hawaii Five-O that I didn't like...they had 2 people murdered on there, and they were killed with liquid nicotine, and the Dr. in the hospital made sure to say that with so many e-cigs out there, nicotine was so easy to get now...now you know that the opposition out there will jump on that and make the inference that therefore e-cigs are dangerous because the nicotine can be used to poison someone...UGH!

Robin, I'm glad to hear that you, your home, and your kitty are all safe! Hopefully the roads will be open for you to head north.

The storm here was more nuisance than dangerous, but then we were only on the tail end of it--nothing like what everyone north had. I didn't even have to wade out to the storm drain outside my house and clear it of leaves and pine needles (something I get to do every couple of years or risk flooding my garage).

Thanks and glad you didn't have to wade!

Not sure if I mentioned that ALL Sonoma County schools had been closed the last two days!

Just jumping on really fast to say that Sony products are a pain in the to work on. The mechanical parts seem to be in working order--it appears that I may have to get to the motherboard to see if the machine is repairable. It took me an hour, approximately twenty screws, and a couple of tabs of tape just to get to the motherboard cover.... it will probably take me another hour to get through the cover (detaching other components as I go. So I put the thing back together and will see about tackling it another day. Dinner is more important right now. Good night!

2. Had jumbo butterfly shrimp for dinner tonight, yummy!

Tiggs I got about 4 hours sleep last night. I'm used to it. If I ever felt like a normal, wide awake person felt, it would be weird. I live in a fog most of the time.

Angel, I'm the same way as you. I need my alone time. Hubby let daughter go off for the night tonight and I sent up a little "thank you Jesus" prayer.
