HAPPY BIRTHDAY Mrs JPF

Glad to see another Gemini. We will yet rule the world.

If the USPS website is to be believed, they have decided that - since I've already waited since May 27 - they can just hold my package for another couple days. =\€%#<<■♤♤}}><●□¤》¡☆~~<

1. Morning Treefam...I'm in a bad mood today...got home last night to find out the heater on my waterbed is going out and the bed was ice cold! NOT NICE!:-x Barely slept because I was too dang cold most of the night even wrapped up in several blankets, the cold just seeped through. Ordered a new heater today, but won't get it until tomorrow, so another cold night tonight. UGH!...Might have to sleep in my recliner tonight!

:bday: to Mrs. Jpf!!

Sorry to hear that, Angel. I don't own a waterbed, but it sounds like it would be about as comfortable as sleeping in a cold bath. Yuck.

My week has gotten off to a great start dealing with my FRAD. He had a misadventure yesterday: taking an unannounced hike of several miles. He does not have dementia or Alzheimer's (although the effects of his stroke are similarly symptomatic), so he has been included with the general active community--who do have outdoor privileges to stroll around the property. Looks like it will be a long day for me...

6/8 - 2: angel sorry, but I slept on the recliner for the last two nights, not so bad. blue I feel for you, I can not stand the heat; we are getting into the 90's already.... :nah::tumble:
Thanks Tigg....I almost slept on the floor in the living room....in front of the fan....I can manage for 1 day, maybe even 2....but after the 3rd day it's just too much....
I am sorry Angel...I can understand if it's not 90 degrees there yet...it would suck....

2. I've had this waterbed for over 25 years, and most of the time I love it...I get a great night's sleep and when it's cold out or I'm sick I can crank up the heat on the bed and it's nice and toasty...but boy, when that heater goes out, it becomes a block of ice! Happened once before about 15 years ago, so I guess it was time for this one to go, but still Not Nice! :glare:
