BTW: "tig's" suggest of ice in a bowl/tub in front of Fan really does work . . . Also - Try putting your
COTTON sheets in the Frig/Freezer a couple of hours before going to bed . . . Take a shower
(the colder the better since it will cool down your body heat) before bed and do not get dressed, just sleep on the sheets naked . . . Set the fans up to create a cross breeze with one pulling the hot air outside
(especially during the day) and one pulling cooler air in at night . . . Last but not least, get some water bottles and make a few cold compresses with them to wear to bed
(Behind the head and at the nape of the neck - also under your feet at the ankles) . . . Just a thought . . .
