1. Congrats to Utsuru and KatzWhiskers!

Thanks to GMO for a great contest and most importantly giving us a home every week!...And of course to Uncle for doing his best to keep us in line. :D

Bella, funny you're dyeing your hair today...it was my day to go get my blonde refreshed...and not a moment too soon, afraid common sense was starting to prevail a little too often!

Robin, glad to see you got the laundry issue all sorted...haha! :p...And glad you got the Gus built...I knew you wouldn't be able to resist trying it out! Enjoy your nice peaceful weekend!

Utsuru, yes you can build coils in that range on the Subtank...as a matter of fact, you can even get 1.2 ohm coils already made for it.

Thanks! I ended up going with Banyan Tree, RwhY4 and Gooie Cinnamon Roll, I've never tried a bakery flavor but I love cinnamon rolls so, I should like it. I was eyeing that Chocolate Tiramisu too, and I have an unopened box of chai tea in my cupboard I need to try as well.

I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on the Kanger Subox Mini kit, is this tank really easy to build on and really that recommended? I know a few of you spoke highly of it the other day. Can I build non-sub ohm coils on it? Around something like 1.2-1.5 ohms? Thanks for the help.

The Kanger Subtank Mini is probably the easiest rba I have. And you can build any resistance your mod will handle in it. I love mine...

Just a note, though, the new coil heads are available at 1.5, 1.0, .5 and .15 ni200. The 1.2 will still work, but are going to get scarce...

I am really debating getting it, but the fact it doesn't come with batteries is a turn off, and the site I had planned to purchase it from only has the red and black version, while I wanted the white one. Also, is it even necessary to buy additional replacement coils or is the two it comes with plenty to build on? Thanks for the help. Decisions, decisions...

EDIT: also, does the kanger subtank mini handle Max/High VG well?

It's one of those days in which everything seems to take twice as long as they should...

One advantage of the subtank is that you can either use the heads or build your own coil with the rba section. If you are planning on mostly using the rba section, then two heads are enough. If you prefer to use heads, I would recommend getting more. You should also know that you can rebuild the older subtank heads but I'm not sure about the newer heads (which are the ones included with the subbox).

I have had no problems with high VG liquids in my subtanks.

Thanks Count.
I really want to pull the trigger on the subank mini kit but I'm not really sure about the black and red, to me the white and black just looks amazing. I wanted to buy it from this one particular site because I had a $20.00 off coupon, I e-mailed them to see if they'll be getting white ones any time soon. I really do need a backup quick though, some kind of a box mod with another tank and I'll be set for a good long time. I wish I could force myself to like the black and red. Also, I've heard there is an "old" and "new" version of the subtank mini, something about the heads and airflow holes? Can anyone confirm? Thanks for the info. :)

I contacted the vendor I want to buy the subox mini kit from and they said they're getting the white version early next week, awesome! Now all I need to do is find some 18650 batteries, where is a good place to buy them, anyone know? I might just pick some up in person. Also, is there a particular battery that works best with the subox? Thanks again guys.

I use the efest purple 2500mah for most of mine. I've seen they now have it in 2800mah - I might try those if I find some at a good price.

Hi @NancyR!
Nice to see you here! Put a pic of a tree in your post and if you win you'll get a extra bottle of juice. You can go back and edit it to add one. Even a Cactus tree like I have will work.
