I wish I knew! I have a vape friend that didn't own backups for the past year. It never failed, we'd be out and her battery would die and/or she needed a new coil. A couple weeks ago, her tank broke. I had been hooking her up since I always bring backups for my backups, but after reminding her constantly to charge her batteries and replace coils before major outings AND giving her TWO extra set ups, I'm over it! SF Pride is this weekend and VaperCon in 2.5 weeks. If she doesn't have her gear sorted out, she's on her own and I've told her as much. Tough love.6/23

Why don't people get/keep backups for their gear? Do they think one set up is going to always be there for them in a functional state?
There's this guy at work who had one mod (Hana) and one tank (Subtank). A month or so ago he broke the glass on the tank - I gave hive an old Smok tank and a couple coils to hold him til he could get another glass, tank or whatever - he was very grateful. He has a dripper but tanks are more convenient at times. Also informed him that it's a good idea to have backups and backups to those - for both tanks and mods. Seen him today and he say his Hana died - no mod backup - he had went somewhere local and bought a SUBOX - for $90.
He isn't hurting for bucks - dishing out $90 for something that can be found for $60 without even blinking shows that. He knows the benefit of having extras but I wonder if he'll do it now.
There's other guys there that do the same thing - one setup and when something happens they scramble and over pay to replace it. The funny thing is they're all IT and deal with the net daily - Why can't they take a few minutes and order stuff before it becomes an emergency?
I know the vendor, tooWell - Have Ya' thought of trying a Pyrex Glass Drip Tip (they come both Mini & Mega size) . . . I have a couple of them and find that they are really nice, especially allowing for a pure taste and an easy pull of vapor that I have been using for some time now . . . I got these from a really Great Vendor w/ excellent customer service at a very reasonable price too . . . So - If "You" (or anyone else) are interested send "Me" a PM . . .![]()

Wrapping up things at the shop, heading home soon. You guys complaining about 80 degrees, it's a swampy 97 or so here not including heat index, I'm guessing it feels like 105?
Thankfully I can vape inside in the A/C and laugh at the smokers sweating outside in the alleyway.

But I am happy you got vapemail............

Finally done with the conference call. It was productive, I thought, so the time was not wasted.
And Robin, I thought you had mentioned that someone (Uncle, perhaps?) should whack you with a stick if you went near the classifieds...?![]()
