Glowing Cartomizer

I have a njoy npro and use the menthol cartomizers. I also have 3 seperate npro batteries. Every time I take a pull of the e cig the cartomizer will glow red along with the led at the end. I know that inside is a heating element but I have never heard of anyone else complaining or mentioning this. Is this normal? I mean the brown looking filter will turn bright red. I don't really notice it getting too hot as I immediately put it down when I notice the whole filter glowing. Any advice??? I just feel that something is wrong somewhere. any help is greatly appreciated!! thanks

I'm sorry, I don't have an answer! I just didn't want you to think that no one has noticed your problem. You might want to ask your question in Ask The Veterans, because there's a lot of people there who have tried different things and might know better. I can't find an njoy specific forum or I'd point you there. Good luck!

Hi BDoubleZz. Welcome to ECF. I don't know about the NJoy, but I think that generally the heating element only glows red if it's dry. If the outside of the carto is getting hot enough to glow, you've got a problem. If it's just red light without heat, would it be possible that the light from the LED is reflecting back through the filller?
