I've always been worried about this happening...

What do you mean by "vent"?

Just let it sit out or something until dry?

Brandon

Hey Brandon,

When you use superglue, it vents fumes ... these fumes put a layer of silt on the threads and surrounding aluminum. If you don't wipe down, you lose conductivity. If you use super glue, let it sit out and fully dry for an hour or so ... Wipe everything down and you should be good. Otherwise, just use hot glue -- it doesn't vent :)

Right on.

I own neither super-glue nor a hot glue gun but if my spring ever became unattached I would be running to the store for probably the former.

Thanks the quick answer.

Brandon
