Okay, I got my Joye 510 starter kit in the post yesterday. After about the third or fourth time pulling the battery out of the PCC, the plastic tip over the LED popped off. I can get it back in there, but it pops back out very easily, and I'd rather it didn't. My first thought was to put a tiny bit of super glue around the edge but something tells me that might be a bad idea for two reasons. 1) I might accidentally seal off the tip and reduce air flow 2) Super glue is widely regarded as one of those things you should endeavor not to inhale.

Any suggestions?

Also, do they make extra tips in case it falls off when I'm not looking? Seems like one of those things people might want to switch out and personalize.

Thanks.

Sorry Dendrobite but I cant quite picture the problem... are your referring to the on/off button on the battery? And, if so, then you wouldn't be inhaling any super glue fumes through the cartridge , tank, etc... the vapor is produced beyond the battery and on/off switch.

I think he is talking about light at bottom of battery.

If it's a automatic 510 battery you shouldn't glue it. If it's a manual battery that requires you to push a button to fire it, then feel free to use super glue. Another suggestion I have is to contact the vendor you bought it from and try to have them send out a replacement and tell them you will send yours back once you get the replacement.
