I won a GGTB from Imeo at GG but it just wasn't me. I love the GLV's and so I was able to make a trade with Sparrots who had bought a 5v and matching Mini, she was willing to trade me the Mini for the GGTB. I'm stoked about receiving this and cannot wait to get started on it.
Now here is the kicker for me and anyone else considering buying a GLV and dealing with Jay. After I started this post and there was no response for a while, I decided to call the phone # Jay has posted. I got a voicemail so I just hung up, thinking it is Saturday and they were closed so I would just wait until my batts arrived on Monday. Less than a minute later, my phone rings back and it is Jay. I told him I was sorry for bothering him on the weekend but explained why I was calling. He explained to me about the batt situation and I was ready to let him go, but he asked me where I had received the Mini and I told him about the trade. Now here is the kicker I mentioned, he said that even though I had not bought the GLV from him that he would take care of any issues and that if I had any problems to call him and he would take care of it.
Are you kidding me!! He went on to say that he is just happy anytime that he knows his products helps keep someone from smoking.
This showed me the kind of person I was dealing with and as I told Jay, I will be buying some future items from him as he has won my business from now on and I have yet to even use my Mini!
