Edit: The center post on the GLV-2's atty connector had to be "centered" to make a better connection with the atty. It seems to move a bit after usage.
Also, I can't even use the GLV-2 right now due to these solvent-like fumes I get when I inhale. It's coming from the inside of the unit, either from the recent powdercoat or the glue used to add the 5v resistor - it smells like Hoppe's #9 and gives me a headache.
I have no idea how to get rid of these fumes. I haven't tried soaking the head cap in warm water (will it damage it?) I tried using a computer duster can which didn't work either.
I really hate to be the one annoying customer that always has a problem but I guess it has to be someone. Jay is probably too busy to read this post/answer emails, so maybe you guys could help out on this one.
