If that were the case, wouldn't he have responded to the two requests I've made in the past two weeks? One slipping through the cracks I can understand...we get busy and it's overlooked. But twice?
I'd just as soon find the switch and replace it myself.

Rather than go through the apparent hassle, I fixed it myself and frankly improved it. Instead of the thin alum positive contact that broke off, I replaced it with a solid copper bar.
