Nope but the GLV XL will. The V2 will only fit cr123a /16340.

The color is candy blue. Not sure what you mean..give me a call I can answer better that way. BTW one day left for that sale.

thanks i ordered. but the candy blue card on the site looks allot lighter than the one in your hand I went with somethin else
