#1. My GLV-3 vapes better than my GLV-2 when I do not have the juice box attached but when it is attached I get almost no current with very little vapor production. I am trying everything at the moment. Thoughts? Anyone else have this issue?

Hmmmm......mine is great both ways. Are you sure the bottom cap is seated completely? This is the only thing I can possibly think of.
I haven't tried my GLV-3 without the feeder but with the feeder, the draw seems just a little tighter than my GLV-2s.
No issues with current or vapor production or anything else for that matter.
I'll second btngchck's question... you should hear and feel a very distinctive "click" when connecting the GLV to the feeder. Gotta make sure it's seated tightly and the end-cap is fully tightened.

Yea it's seated right. End cap is tight. Pulled the spring out a bit to make sure it was pushing on the batteries.
This doesn't seem to be a draw issue, it seems to be an electrical issue. Like the end cap is not 100% completing the circuit with the box.
Guess I'll have to drop Jay a line and see if he has a thought.
On the bright side - I love the vape from this without the box alot more than my regular GLV2. Nice easy draw.

Just a suggestion... try loosening the end-cap just a little and see if it makes any diffeence. I had a minor nuiscance issue with a GLV-2 that seemed like whne the the end-cap was super tight, it wouldn't fire consistently.

another thought.....could you have possibly pushed the pin up on that atty when assembling? may want to try pulling the pin out a tiny tad
Talked with Jay and got this fixed.
Solution was to push the feeder needle down to flush (or less) with the box. The needle was too high up and shorting the cart out.

LR 306 or what? Any leakage? Did you have any trouble with the ball & hex pin?

I noticed that too. Haven't used it yet but it seems to fit snugly enough. I definitely want to pick up a few extras (feeder tips) just in case.
squeeze bottle till juice flow up to tip I hold till count of 3 gives me 3 drips.
Yay so anyway, Jay and I talked for a bit over the phone going over a few different ideas such as removing the nolox and finally he hit on the needle thought
I turned my box upside down and while resting the protruding needle on a rag I pushed until it went flush with the silver cap that covers the juice bottle.
It was really nice of Jay to call me.
