I may be wrong but I think it's a safe guess that there will be seven winners total, each one winning the corresponding item on the prize-list, i.e:

• 1st = GLV-2
• 2nd = GLV Mini
• 3rd = Super Mini
• etc.

The plural context connotes multiple winners.
