GLV2 5v possible batteries.

Well I was thinking about purchasing a 6v device.. but I've been reading some posts on how awesome 5v vaping is... So I ordered a set of Tenergy LifePo4 3.0v 750 mah batteries for the SB/V3.1... but If I change my mind and get the GLV2 5v with resistor would these batteries work..? I know they should be the AW 3.7 ones... but if its resisted would it really make a difference..?

I have those batts, and I tried to put them into the GLV2 but it was a tight fit and I didn't force them for concerns that I might not be able to get them back out, LOL.

I second this. I've been shopping for a while and decided on the GLV2. Most of my questions were answered just from reading the stuff posted, but I still had to post my own thread because I was too nervous that I may have misunderstood it, LOL. My cart is loaded, and when I get paid on the 10th, I'm pushing the button.

Its always best and safest to use the batteries that they tell you to.I love my GLVs.

Youy need 3.7 volt batteries for the GLV. Most GLV owners prefer the AW ICR123 750 mAh batteries (the black ones) but I find that the Ultrafire ICR 123 880 mAh 3.7V batts work just fine.
