Okay So I actually phoned Rougier and they said that their glycerin usp is VG but do not recommend ingesting in any for,for external use only.
So I phoned our health store and they have Vegetable glycerin certified kosher. So does this mean that VG kosher is safe to vape.

Kosher doesn't mean it's any safer. It just means it conforms to a set of regulations according to Jewish law. In fact, I believe all VG is Kosher. Only glycerine derived from animal products would be non-kosher.

Kosher rules are pretty complex, so maybe there's more to it, but it has nothing to do with how safe VG is so long as it's USP.

Darn. Just confusing as Shoppers Brand packaged by rwpackaging is also by Rougier. I have an email stating that thirty Glycerine USP is vegetable but for external use and not recommended for oral. I know many others on here use Rougiers So I am wondering if that is just something Rougiers says just to be on the safe side So they aren't liable.

Not really. Glycerin can be made from animal fat or vegetable glycerol. Both will produce glycerin. When they say it is vg, it means it is vegetable based glycerol, not animal fat based glycerol. Also, there are stream of a mixture of both on the market. If it labeled USP it is approved as a food additive by the FDA. There are limitations on how much a person can consum per day. The warning label on the glycerin is to protect the manufacture from improper use of the product in its current packaging form.

Kosher just means a rabbii has viewed the whole process of manufacturing and packaging of the glycerin. Once approved they are provided with a kosher certificate that should be a U encircled with a O. This is a trademark of a kosher certificate. If you order a kosher product it should match the label of the bottle.

Make sure to buy USP Kosher. Here is a good example of what is should look like... VegetableGlycerin.com.
