Is regular "Wilton" brand glycerin ok or is Vegitable glycerin only option?

The Wilton brand glycerin is kosher, not sure i seen the usp on the label. It is sold at the balk barn used for decorating and mixing with icing. so its obviously food grade. so do i need Vegitable glycerin or can i use glycerin as my "VG" base? or in this case my "G" base lol.

Nothing I see about it shows it's USP. I'd not use it for vaping.
Glycerol, Glycerin or Vegetable Glycerin are all the same thing, just different names.
But, unless is says USP on the label, it's not a good idea to use.

It should be absolutely fine since Wilton is food grade thus intended for ingestion.

Do not try this at home or anywhere else.

It should be absolutely fine since Wilton is food grade thus intended for ingestion.

Ideally, we prefer to use USP or "pharmaceutical-grade" (the "P" in "USP" stands for "pharmacopoeia", and the "US" stands for "U.S.A.") which is held to a higher standard of purity than food-grade ingredients.

Thanks. I did not know about PEG. Do any juice manufacturers still use it in their juice?
