Glycerine bp

Hi guys, I have recently been interested in diy-ing my own juice, I know where to get the necessary stuff (except nic) and was just curious.

i saw a bottle labelled glycerine bp at the local pharmacy earlier today and I nearly bought a bottle but didn't (decided to ask here first) has anyone or is anyone diy-ing with it?

Is it safe to be vaped with?, it's Conveniently located 5 Mins from where I live so if it's useable/safe then I guess I have found my go to place in future.

So guys, any word on this?, should I stay away, or pick one up?

I never try before but AFAIK BP is the British version of USP.

What I've concluded from reading is that it's safe, but I'm still too chicken .... to try. Plus i Already got the proper stuff!

Didn't grow an extra eyeball the last time I tried it. Some folks do use it. But it's few and far in between. Only tried a bit of it and I guess I just suck at DIY. It also tastes different to me, or maybe it's just the physiological effect.

If you are talking about the Glycerin BP by ICM available at the pharmacies, NO. Those are manufactured for EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Not to taken orally lest say inhale.

Not sure if the person u refer to is a pharmacist. The only difference about the external use is that the preparation is not in a sterile condition and there may be traces of impurities found in it. Just a grade lower that a sterile one.

ok.. now we know that glycerine BP is safe for skin.... not for lungs... but then again... PG & VG are both not tested for prolonged inhalation use.

So if the YOLO in you says YOLO, all the best.
