I voted NO. I really don't see how the FDA plans on helping anything. In fact, the FDA never does any good. The government needs to leave us the hell alone already. This is nothing more than an attempt to "regulate(drive up the cost of)" E-cigs so that they will be impractical due to higher cost than analogs and any alternatives or quitting methods, or they'll just say they're unsafe and make them illegal. This is a bunch of BS. As if the government actually gives a damn about our health, safety, or well-being... What a joke.
