Going all the way...with vaping

After having my Joyetech e-cig for a while I've decided to go all the way now...with vaping. What I mean is Ive been enjoying my e-cig and smoking cigarettes and still smoking hookah - but I think if Iget a nice mod I can really lean off of smoking all together and just vape.

That being said, what does everyone suggest / personally like using? Like whole set up: mods / batterys, tanks, brand of juice maybe? Any advice would be greatly appreciated at this point.

My set ups are in my signature. I do believe that different occasions call for different set ups. Although something that can be quite suitable for all and an excellent starter is Mini Vivi Nova on an eGo C Twist. Gives terrific vaping experience overall, and looks like a shiny chrome cigar

Although I have used a few different mods, my favorite is my Provari that I got today. I am currently using it with an AGA T2 RBA, and I am loving this setup so far, much better than my previous Viva Novas/Lavatubes. Better vape, throat hit and flavor.

Congrats & Welcome! That's kind of a loaded question & you will get many different answers. I order a lot of my juices from high desert vapes & the vapor room. I'm awaiting orders now from virgin vapors & mt baker. They both have awesome reviews on here. As far as the ecig we'll prob need more info to get you a good answer. How much are you willing to spend for starters? What have you been vaping with using your ego's...clearos, tanks, viva novas etc...?

Now what I would do is read up first about all the different devices that are out there and combo's BEFORE you make your choices, your going to get tons of suggestions and be ready to research how they work and ask all the questions you need to, to make an informed decision. My first venture to e cigs I purchased:

1- provari 2.5 starter kit
1- dct 3.5 tank with 3 ohm - 2 hole punch cartomizer
1 pack of regular 3 ohm cartomizer
I got a few favors of their juice at 18 mg nicotine

There are so many options its impossible to say one is best. Budget is a big factor these days as there are devices for $40 that share features with $200 devices. What do you like and not like about your current setup that makes you want to upgrade?

I figure to get everything I'd be willing to spend around $100 - $150, but I mean if someone knows of something that isn't that expensive but still good that always works for me

One of the things I wasn't sure about either is it seems like some new mods are about to come out / just came out - I wasn't sure if it was worth just going with something that has been around for a while or if someone had heard / purchased one of the newer mods and just thought it was amazing.

I just started with an ego "cig-a-like", for what its worth (to me is something small / compatible and light hits - its great) but now I'm looking for something that will:
1. Last a longer
2. better / more re-usability (from what I have seen I like the vivi nova tanks, tbh I don't know much about other options)
3. something with better hits / more vaping power
4. In the end, something that can last me a while until I decided to get another type of mod / upgrade / find something that fits me better ect.

**I've seen several threads and multiple people comment on other threads about the Provari - any comments on what makes this one so good (or bad if anyone has had a bad experience)? - Just thought I'd ask if someone is already replying to the post

I would highly suggest you start with something inexpensive like an eGo mod and a good clearo like the Vivi Nova (I use an 1100 mah twist with a Vivi Nova on top) and spend your first money on liquids to try.

In my opinion it isn't the mod that will help you get off of tobacco, it is the liquid with the best flavor/nic content for you.

Once you find the best liquid or liquids, THEN find a cool mod to spend your dollars on.
