I should probably not respond ( but will anyway ) as I have yet to take my first "vape"

But I have been researching for about a week when I ordered something, then found this forum, read a bunch of reviews, looked at what was working and what was not... I canceled the order I had for a "cigarette looking e-cig " and went ( from advice from this forum ) with an eGo tank

It is in the mail... unfortunately will probably arrive before the e-juice I ordered from Blue mist.

I don’t know if I did the right thing or not, but I can tell you what was going through my head.

I don’t care if it looks like a cigarette, my eyes are not what is addicted
I don’t care if it feels like a cigarette in my hands as it is not my fingers that are addicted
I don’t care if it has a red led light on the tip because my mind is not about to be fooled by that.

I want something that works... and will get me off cigarettes.

Any I know that a bad experience is likely to put me off of this entire e-cig idea

So I probably went overboard with the eG0 tank ( although that kit ended up being cheaper than other things I ordered and canceled )

we will see

Let me know how you are doing.... and when mine gets here I will let you know how I am doing.

I hope to be off of cigarettes at last by sometime next week

I'm also a newbie...really like the automatic....BloogMaxxFusion and V4L are both great....look for coupon codes! I am really enjoying the chocolate and vanilla flavors. I would never have believed that I'd get into anything other than tobacco flavors. Be ready to spend more as you experiment, but remember you are still siving money over analogs! Good Luck!

You will be. The eGo busted my 40 year habit. Good luck!

low-end convenience: a pack of "dry" cartridges (wick but no fluid) that fit your atomizer so you can change flavors without cleaning a cartridge. from a drug store or departement store, Brawney "select a size" paper towels and a pair of sturdy relatively straight tweezers are both handy (after a while, not right away, you might use the tweezers to do a "cart mod" by removing the polyfil wick under the bridge, which is why i say "sturdy tweezers"; doing this gives you more time between atomizer cleanings).

mid-range peice of mind: first consider adding 1 eGo battery for a total of 3 (regular, in-line, or mega), then adding 1 atomizer for a total of 3 (standard 510 with a cone, eGo cone, eGo straight, or eGo Tank sytem (atomizer with cartridge)), then in addition to the USB wall adapter supplied, 1 USB wall adapter as a spare or for your place of work (500 mA is sufficient, 1000 mA seems to be ok, 2000 mA is excessive).

low-end luxury: to use on long drives, 1 USB car adapter (500 mA is sufficient, 1000 mA seems to be ok, 2000 mA is excessive).

high-end luxury: the eGo PCC made for the eGo batteries (the eGo PCC looks best with the standard eGo batteries when the vaporizer is assembled, the in-line battery sticks out of the top, and i dont know what an assembled eGo using an eGo mega battery looks like in the eGo PCC)

It should show up as $40. Use the 20% off icon at the top of the L-F page

i read/watched some reviews on it and really do like the bloog. i decided to start with the manual ego anyways. but for the record that will probably be my second PV. is it normal to plan for the second one im gonna get without trying the first?? ;)

looking around i think ill probably get another atomizer or two first, maybe some blank carts. and definitely a pcc just in case. i actually have everything for tinkering around the house already from down to tweezers up to soldering equipment but i gotta see what i do and dont like first before i tear it all apart. definitely some things to consider thank you.

i really do appreciate all the help from everyone and im excited to officially stop buying these nasty analog cigarettes i love so much. my ego with a bottle of menthol juice should be shipping out tonight and with my luck will be coming from the other corner of the country and take all the way til next friday. oh well. im giddy like a schoolgirl for this thing to come and will definitely let you all know when it gets here how it goes. thanks again everyone

Hi there!! I am also a new member but have been browsing the forums for some time now. I did a lot of review before I purchased my first ecig kit. I am now on my second ecig brand and LOVE it!!!! It is the vapor king. The battery life is awesome and can be charged through the computer or outlet. My first was not manual and I didn't like it so much. The one I have now is manual and I feel that I have more control over my inhale/hit. It costs $69.50 for the kit.

Just my opinion;)
