My wife heard about the e-cig and asked me why I don't try it? I had heard about them and they seemed fishy. So I decided I would look into it again and found this wonderful forum! After looking at some of your info and videos I really really want to get this stinky analog out of my hand! I am chomping at the bit to get me an e-cig. This is where I need a little help. I believe I want the E9 or the Joye 510.
I found the E9 here arrg it wont let me post the link but if you put e9 electronic cigarette into google it will be the first one.
Is this a good place to order from? I can't find it anywhere else. It's 32.95 from them. Is this the same one in the 4 part newbie guide that the guy says is his favorite?

The 510 I see everywhere for different prices.

I want alot of vapor as I love my smoke (soon it will be vapor:). I have decided I want a cig like device to start with. I understand that E9 is a two piece with a new atomizer with each refill. So it will be harder to drip or dip.

Thanks for any help in advance!

Try this one to start off with. It works great and its the same size as a regular cig. Just be sure to order a pack or two of soft tip cartomizers with them in 24mg. That should be a perfect starter cig for you.
LeCig Super Mini 808B

They are on back order right now but they said they are getting more stock in later today.

I just ordered my first vape as well. From what i gathered on the forums, the Vapor king looked like it suited me well- good flavors and great customer service as well as the manual button everyone seems to rave about. (I cant post links but i got it from V4life dot com) I got the mini PCC kit with the wall charger and a few cartomizers. I'll probabaly upgrade it a little later and get a few more batteries, but i wanted to feel it out.

808B can use a 510 atomizer as well? or is it the same one on the 510 just with a smaller battery?

It has the same threads as a 510 so the parts are interchangeabe. I have a 510 and I just ordered the 808b because its small and the soft cartomizers sound cool! Finally I can hold an e-cig in my teeth like a regular cig.

My wife got her 510 on Tuesday. I ordered it after research and showed her how to setup and use it. She really likes it. Had to smoke an analog late the first day as she forgot her backup battery and primary died. She said the regular tasted awful! So far, she has only had 3 regulars compared to 3 days of vaping, thats a hell of a cut down on regulars. She was nearly 2 packs a day!

Not exactly. He's using a passthrough that I believe is 5 Volts. But it's a similar model (cartomizer) that his company sells at Vapor4Life.

The 510 I see everywhere for different prices.

The best deal on 510's is here:

Joye 510 NO BOX

(no affiliation, just a customer).

No dipping or dripping on the E9 unless you get like a 510 adapter and a 510 atomizer (or a 901 or 801, etc.). You can drip on a 510 directly and if you want to try out cartomizers you can get a cartomizer/901 adapter for the 510. 510 is known for it's vapor productions. Cartomizers are not and in my experience don't come close to the 510 production, esp. on better batteries like the eGo or Tornado or the 510 mods like the Bartleby.

If you want a 2 piece ecig I would go with a kr808d-1. Much more popular than the e9. The e9 is the same as a green smoke not a greencig. The greencig is way better than the e9. The 510 is a great ecig with lots of output around the house but cartridges do not last very long and it is a bit of a pain away from the house. The kr808d-1 cartomizers last a long time and very easy to swap out. A great ecig for away from home.

Well after more ready and research I have narrowed it down to either the KR-808d-1 from vaporking for $40 or the Greencig g220 starter kit and additional 10 carts for $88. I do want to use away from home. As I understand these are both great units that I can refill or top of the cartimizer with a little effort. I have seen tons of info on the KR and it seems good any opoinins on the Greencig G220? Again thanks for all your help!
