You can't go wrong with AWs. I use the 2200 mah ones - they last a little longer, but have a lower amp rating (20 vs 24 in the 1600mah). Not a big deal, just stating. Both chargers he mentions are class A chargers. Make sure you get an omnimeter from there too if you don't have something to measure resistance.

The "NEW' IMR 18650's are the way to go unless you wish to go with low sub ohm's. ( which I doubt)
