Hold onto your socks when you take your first vape :)

Be there when it is delivered, you have to sign for it in order to receive it.

Everything else is pretty straight forward. There was no large learning curve when I got mine. It was heavier than I thought and smaller than I thought it would be.

EDIT: Oh, get the Provape Proring for the KFL+. Only $8 and makes everything look clean.

I have heard some reports that the ring will spin with the KF on it. Is this true or does it fit snug?

In my experience it depends on the KF. I use the provari ring from provape. The ring spins with my V2 clone and authentic V1 but not with my black edition clone. The spin is not bothersome; to me at least. It looks flush but it will spin if you force it.

Not all rings are created equal. My KFL+ won't fire with a Tatroe or Loki ring, but are fine with the authentic ring; it's shaped differently at the top.

I use the kayfun PV Cone ring with my Kayfun Lite Plus and I found that it isn't exactly flush on my full size ProVari and a bit more flush on my ProVari Mini and it spins on both. One caution, though, don't try to adjust the center post on the Kayfun to make it more flush because it will move the base where the coil sits and then you'll just have trouble. I've finally decided that I can live with the very slight gap between the Kayfun and the ring. I just tried the ring that I got from ProVape with the Kayfun, and there's a slight gap, too, but the Kayfun PV Cone seems to fit better due to its shape, but both rings spin.

Hmm. Multiple variables.
I've got Russian's not Kayfuns.
They hold down snug my ProVape ring and my "kayfun cone" ring. In fact, I had to extend the pin a bit to use with a ring.

Sandy - you can fix the turning base. The pin is screwed into another part that goes up to the hole by the coil. It's like a screw in a tube - but the little tube itself has a screwdriver slot. So you can TAKE OUT the pin, reach in there with a screwdriver, and TIGHTEN the base down. After that, your adjustable connecting pin will be, indeed adjustable.

Thanks, but I'm not sure that I'm understanding your reply. The Kayfun Lite Plus doesn't have the second screw on top of the center pin like the Russian 91% does. There's just the center pin with the round base insulator, which is tightened down so that the coil stays in place and centered on the square insulator on the base. If I attempt to extend the center pin, the coil moves and is not aligned properly on the insulator. If I remove the center pin and round insulator, there's nothing else in the hole, which leads to the base.
