Congrats on three months.
I go to the beach about once a month (pacific northwest). Gets kind of windy here. Other than a little sand in the drip tip all works fine. I don't jump in the water (too cold) or play in the sand. If I did I would keep a zip lock bag handy and something to clean it off with.

I was at the beach for a week back in March. I vaped everyday on the beach, and even took my mod with me a couple of times on a kayak. When I got back to the condo I just popped out my battery and juice bottle, removed my atty, and rinsed my entire Reo in the kitchen sink. Benefit of a well made mech! I would really be concerned with water and sand with any regulated mod. But if that's what you use a zip lock bag sounds like great advice! Also keep in mind juice thins in heat. If you use tanks they will leak in high heat. I would suggest keeping them cool.

I live in Alabama, so I go walk on the beach every single day. It's just peaceful down there. I have taken my Reo and other devices. My Reo, I just dissemble and wash in the sink afterwards. I've had mechanical mods and my hexohm with no problems there either. The mod gets warm pretty fast on the beach if you're just sitting there. Here's a picture I took at the beach one day

Shade, a cooler and towels are your mods friend at the beach. When not in use, just wrap in a towel or washcloth (to soak up any condensation) and put it on top of an ice pack or cooler. If you don't have an umbrella, just throw a towel over top of them. The shade will help insulate them from the sun.

Towels and/or blankets are insulation and do keep things cooler. We warm up because our bodies give off heat. The devices don't, unless we are using them, so there is no heat that is warming up the area they are in, when covered up.

Have fun at the beach!! :)

You don't happen to be down near Dauphin Island, do you? I got some good memories there.

I have an E LVT Dov Po that I use in my kayak on the Texas coast. I put it in a drybox (you can use any plastic Tupperware type container) and place it inside a soft cooler bag (no ice) and it stays cool enough and helps keep sand, salt and water off of it except when you are using it. Other than a little rust from the saltwater on the battery compartment screw, it is fine. If you have a mod that can't be rinsed off afterwards, you should be sure to wipe it down and clean salt and sand off any connections with qtip and alcohol. I just ordered a Heatvape Invader mini and I hope that holds up as well as the E LVT.

Nice. I was stationed in Mobile for a while and really liked it... mostly for the nearby beaches. And the work there. It would have been a lot better with vaping though. Smoking in that heat killed me.
Very close. I live near Gulf Shores. This picture is at Johnson's Beach though at Perdido Key.
