I'm going to the beach for a week in a bit. I'm a little concerned about my vape gear. First, the heat. I want to make sure my stuff doesn't get too hot(batteries and tanks). I was thinking about getting an insulated lunch bag to keep it in. Do you think that would work? I'm also concerned about sand getting everywhere and water. Maybe I should keep everything in zip lock bags when I'm not currently using it. Are there any precautions you think I should take? Thanks.

It's actually amazing how many times this is brought up. Seems like every 2-3 days honestly.

Just take an insulated cooler bag. I'd worry more about the heat than the sand personally. You shouldn't have to worry about water if you don't take it in the water with you. I've laid my mods down in sand before and there was never a problem with it. Normally I post pictures of it haha, but I'm sure a lot of people here have seen them and are getting tired of seeing the same pictures.

A good trick for stealth vaping is to place your setup in a to-go cup with a lid and straw. Attach the straw to the drip tip and cover the whole thing with the lid. Squeeze the cup to fire. Also, most people won't try to steal a styrofoam cup. Another option is to seal your mod and tank in a ziplock bag and open it just enough to get your drip tip out and vape away. If you don't want to bring a cooler bag, at least keep the gear out of direct sunlight. In the shade on the beach is still cooler than leaving it in a hot car. Now I'm wishing I was at the beach.
