Ok I've only been vaping a few weeks, but in that time I've went from my njoy NPRO DUO to V4L, which I love by the way. I'm hooked on the Virginia flavored E liquid, and Kamel. Mborl and Parliment are ok as well as hilton. Now I've ordered the Riva from VaporJunction and ordered a couple of E liquid bottles from Lite Cig USA. Wish me luck. Should have all suff by Saturday.

Hi Paul! I hope you love your RiVa as much as I love mine. The best advice I can give you is read ALL of the instructions and follow them to a tee...especially about battery charging. I posted a review of the EM-RiVa this morning so go check it out for all the details. RiVa is a GREAT unit in my opinion...I just LOVE IT!

Well I have my black Riva and all I can say is quality and its stunning good looks. Problem is My juice was coming from a different supplier, which didn't make it today so I have to wait until Monday to fire the bad boy up....

hello guys on the website where they sell the riva it says that if you want more vapor production you should get the riva but they refer to this because of the batteries. I am a little confuse here. does a bigger battery gives you more vapor production and TH? I taught TH and vapor production was do to what voltage you use and ofcourse what liquid you use right? well, let me know thanks

futbol:

I am fairly new to vaping, stared in February, so my input must be taken for what it is.

Both the eGo and Riva are 3.7 volt devices. Vapor production for the two is equal. There should be no difference between the two, but there is. I feel, the Riva definitively produces a better TH. I don't know if it delivers more effective power or if it has better airflow through the cone.

That being said, they are both great PVs. Saying that one is better is NOT the same as saying the other is bad. You will be very happy with either, but I highly recommend the Riva.

What PV are you using now?

Also:

does a bigger battery gives you more vapor production and TH?
No. The mAh rating only determines battery life. On a smaller battery, the performance is markedly weaker when you get to the last third of the battery life, but both the eGo and Riva are consistent. Last vape, before the battery dies, is just as good as the first.

I taught TH and vapor production was do to what voltage you use
Yes it is.

The thing about the Riva and eGo is that they only produce about 3.4 volts of power under load (when the atomizer is attached). A PV that produces a true 3.7 volts will yield a better vapor production and TH. If you page through the forum, you'll find posters that actually tell you how much real power, watts, is being delivered by all the different set ups.

The mods deliver true 3.7 volt vaping. I don't own one yet, but I am currently looking at the Indulgence, Omega and Little Sister. I am dying to try true 3.7 volt and 6 volt vaping.
