Gonna get an Ego C Twist... Woot Woot!

I have been really curious about variable voltage units and was thinking about getting the Provari. In the meantime, I'm gonna get a joyetech Ego-C Twist in white. Hope to get it today so I can try out vv vaping

If you use an Ego Twist, what set up do you have? I will likely use it with clearomizers and a Mini Nova until my order for attys come through.

How happy are you with the Ego-C Twist?

The twist is probably the best value for money Vv device out there. Great choice. As for the vivi Novas I am waiting for mine also but I heard only good things about them

I collected the Ego-C Twist and it is really does make a difference! I first tested it at 4v and it was a tad bit warm and strong for me. Got loads more throat hit and vapor! So I'm now moving between 3.2v to 3.6v, trying to find the right spot. It's good stuff so far!

I'm really liking it and think I may want the pearl pink battery soon

I got 4 of them with my original order and I love them. I normally use 1.5 ohm LR 510 attys @ 3.5v-3.7v, 1.8ohm LR Kanger T2 clear @ 3.4v-3.8v, or the 2.1 ohm vision clears at 3.8v-4v.

With the Twist and a Mini Vivi Nova you will probably forget to ever use the attys. Seriously!

I have the full size Vivi Nova on my ego twist. It's pretty amazing, even with VG. I havent had a dry hit yet. Make sure to give it twirls as the tank gets emptier though and you'll be all set.
I very much love it, even though its ugly, because I never got "great" consistent hits with cartos or attys.

I don't find the Vivis ugly and think they are kinda cool looking ;-) Once you add a DCT cone, the battery + tank will look more streamlined. The only reason I want attys is to try out dripping as I love testing different flavours and it's a pain to have to clean out the tanks or clearos every time I want to switch flavours.

the standard sized one looks great on a tube mod.

The rule of thumb:
Whatever resistance you have + 2 = usually perfect match (plus/minus 0.2)

As much as I was against rebuilding at the start, I kinda can't wait to rebuild a head with kanthal wire and SS mesh for a wick given some of what I've read lately. And I don't think I'll ever go back to fixed voltage (regulated or not).

Thanks for showing me a picture. I've been using the Mini Nova and it is so much better on an Ego-C Twist than a regular Ego battery

yeah…IDK how people use ego batteries. They've got a good reputation and that has to have come from somewhere. But, I don't think I've ever set my twist below 3.9V…even using low-res stuff. Vaping on 3.3ish…………I guess if you don't know better. I'm not sure it would have gotten me off cigarettes.

I just ordered mine this weekend. I decided on the 1000mah battery so I dont have to worry about it dying on me in the middle of the day!! Also ordered a Smoktech 510 DCT V2 tank for it. I have read great things about the ego twist. Very excited. Interested in trying dripping also. Mostly for experimenting with new flavors. So much new info to take in!

Hooray! Ya, I did find the 1000mah a little long which is why I went for the 650. What tank are you using? I generally use a long-wicked clearomizer and it works great.
