Ok, info overload. Let's just say I want to spend under $100. Someone put together a kit for me with the best of the best.

Then get a variable watt (VW) Vamo for $35. Put a tank cartomizer on it that will hold 5ml of eliquid or a clearo tank if you prefer. With batteries, charger and head, you would be right at about $100 and have one of the newest and best "bang for the buck" PV's on the market.

Would I be safe getting the following to start with? For extra atomizers, 1.8ohm or 2.4ohm?

(2) JoyeTech eGo-C TWIST Batteries - 650 mAh
(2) Kanger EVOD Bottom Coil Clearomizer 2.4 ohm w/ Replaceable Coil Head
(1) Joyetch eGo USB to US Power Adapter
(1) Kanger EVOD Clearomizer / Cartomizer Replacement Coil Assembly
Variety of sample juices from Mt. Baker or VapingMe

With the EVOD and the TWIST, I won't need a skirt or cone, correct?

My advice would still be to get a Vamo. They're remarkably cheap at present and very powerful. Start off with a 510 atty with cone and just drip. It's easier that way and very effective. Cartomisers, tanks, RBAs - wait a while. Just my tuppence. Oh, and whatever you read, you're better off with a decent 18650 battery than the little 'uns. Efest are good imho. :)

Sounds like a sweet setup! And with the twist either 1.8 or 2.4 will be fine,
